This is a wine of golden wheat colour, tinged with pink. It has a very intense aroma, reminiscent of roses, jasmine and orange-blossom, with additional fruity touches of peaches and white melon. It is fresh in the mouth, with plenty of acidity and a smooth sweetness which, together with its tannins, produces a delicious balance. It is very persistent, with fragrant elegance. Drink it with aperitifs, white meats and any dessert.
